It’s Never Too Late to Reconsider Your Child’s Educational Options

The long days of summer are slowly shortening and the promise of fall weather is just around the corner. You never did get around to researching educational options for your child and now it’s too late to consider a change this school year. Or is it?
As a parent it’s easy to feel we have missed the bus on opportunity simply because we didn’t act within a narrow time frame. Fear not! You can still make an informed decision about your child’s educational future even AFTER school has started. Williamsburg Christian Academy offers open enrollment, which means our admissions team accepts applications for review throughout the year. Don’t let the fear of transition keep you from exploring next steps with us. WCA is not a one size fits all educational model. Educators are empowered by our school’s framework of learning, enabling them to focus on individualized goal setting for each student in our care.
Think you can’t afford private school tuition? Thanks to the Virginia Educational Improvement Scholarship Program, many families qualify for funds that can be immediately applied toward tuition. These funds are available specifically for students transferring from any K-12 grade level in the public school system. As an added incentive, kindergarten and first grade students could qualify for funds coming from a public school OR another private school program. This includes kindergarten students currently enrolled at WCA. How great is that!? We also offer a pastor’s discount, sibling discount, first responders and active military discount, and employee of charitable non profit discount. Discounts don’t cheapen the quality of education at WCA, our leadership simply wants to create as many opportunities as possible for your family to be a part of our school community if that is your desire. Who doesn’t love saving money?
