WCA’s field hockey program, as with all athletic competition at WCA, flows out of and is integral to our mission of developing students mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We believe that participation in interscholastic athletics should foster and cultivate traits of Christian character including diligence, responsibility, courage, loyalty, cooperation, self-discipline, good sportsmanship and team play, all striving towards excellence.

Eagle Field Hockey is a girls only program at WCA. We currently offer JJV, JV and Varsity teams based on numbers.  

Season Recap

This year's Field Hockey program is a rapidly growing JJV program. Due to the lack of middle and early high school JJV programs in the Metro Conference, the team primarily has scheduled club teams and out of conference opponents, but still managed to win its final three games straight against much larger schools.  As our players continue to play year after year, the near term prospects of the Field Hockey Team look bright.
