Our Office and General Staff handle all administrative activities for WCA.

Front Office Reception

Carolina McNamara is our main receptionist with duties that include greeting and assisting students, families, and guests when they come into the office. Carolina ensures that students’ attendance is logged appropriately and assists with our dismissal process in the afternoon.

J'me Ferguson

Assistant to Mr. Graham/Health Monitor

J'me Ferguson serves as our Head of School personal assistant, and is also our lead health administrator, managing all issues associated with COVID-19. J'me has been invaluable to us with her very capable range of digital skills, which has been vital to using Praxi for parent communication. She also helps in critical areas such as management of the school's supply process, assembly of the school yearbook, in addition to her duties assisting and managing the calendar for our Head of School. She has an adorable daughter Madalyn in the fifth grade.

Tracy Krebs

Jeff Sullivan is WCA's Digital Media Administrator. This website, along with all printed materials, social media postings and marketing efforts, Eaglegram parent newsletters, and other promotional, brand and marketing materials are all conceptualized, created, and managed by Jeff. In addition, Jeff manages our school's Google Suite for Education system, which includes all calendars, email accounts, and use of Google for Education tools. Jeff is a 1993 graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering. He comes to WCA having sold a real estate business and was also a Naval Aviator in his early post-college days. He is dad to Kaitlyn, a 2021 graduate of WCA now attends the University of Delaware where she swims on the Fighting Blue Hens Swim Team, and Connor, a sophomore, who is in both the Drama and Chess clubs, as well as participating on the Eagle Swim team like his sister, and the Eagle Golf team.

Registrar

Rebecca Burch is our Registrar, managing student intake, and our Database Coordinator, managing our new comprehensive data platform, FACTS. Through FACTS, Becky manages a number of critical school functions, including our student grading, attendance and records, tuition and re-enrollment, and routine parental communications, among others. She also administers our learning management system, Brightspace. Her daughter Rachel graduated with the class of 2016 and works locally in Williamsburg in marketing.

Noelle Rennolds

Tracy Krebs is our Enrollment and Communications Assistant, and also serves as the assistant to our Head of Administration. Her main duties revolve around the tracking of new prospective family information and application processing, where she works closely with Judy Henley to ensure that every I is dotted and every t crossed in the enrollment process. Tracy is also the President of the Parents of WCA parent organizations as well. and manages the Parents of WCA facebook page. Both of her sons attend WCA, Levi, who is in 6th and Zack, an 8th grader.

Noelle Rennolds serves as our Lower School Curriculum Specialist and was instrumental in our recent approval for the Primary Years Program. Noelle graduated from Canisius College (Buffalo, NY) in: 1999 BA in Criminal Justice, Political Science and Spanish, received postgraduate degrees at Canisius in Secondary Education and Educational Leadership. Noelle has spent 17 years as a Spanish teacher (public and private) and also served 8 years in administration (5 years overseeing the programs and services of students with disabilities and 3 years as a primary school principal) Noelle is married to married to John (Jack) 20 years this July and is mother to Leah (WCA Class of '23).

Facilities Managament/Lunch Coordinator

Havalah Maxwell coordinates all maintenance in our facility and is also our lunch coordinator. With a variety of third-party options available to students this is a substantial undertaking! Havalah is married to WCA Lower School teacher Sam, and they have three children.

Digital Media and Marketing

Shannon Harlow moves to a new role in an official capacity this year. Rudd is now our Lower School Student Affairs Assistant. This position includes developing exciting activities for our students, assisting with our student disciplinary program in the Upper School, and general student support. Shannon is a graduate of Radford University where she majored in English with a concentration in Shakespeare and a minor in psychology. She and her husband have two children Cole and Caden who both attend WCA, and they reside in New Kent. Prior to joining WCA, Shannon volunteered and was the chair for SEAC Special Education Advisory Committee for New Kent County Public Schools and owned a small restaurant in New Kent. She still loves to cook and tries to get to the beach as often as possible.
